Divestment of TCM B.V. by Stichting TCM

Centric IT Solutions B.V. acquired 60% of the shares in TCM Holding B.V. Rembrandt Merges & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Parties
TCM Foundation sells in-house developed software for the care industry through its subsidiary TCM B.V. The software package Tis Care is mostly used by nursing and care homes. The current users of the software package are also the foundation members.
Together with Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions TCM Foundation set out to attract a joint-venture partner to ensure the long-term continuity of TCM. In the end Centric proved to be the best strategic fit for the company.
Centric offers Software Solutions, Staffing services IT and Business Process Outsourcing. Centric has 5,000 employees and realized a turnover of 525 million euros in 2012. Centric had the ability to over important complementary services to TCM, such as consultancy, marketing and stronger sales possibilities. Furthermore Centric will invest in the continued development of the current TCM software and other products, to further develop the current position of TCM and Centric in the healthcare industry.
