The glass transformation business Glassolutions (Koninklijke Saint-Gobain Glass Nederland N.V.), subsidiary of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, is acquired by Aequita. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Glassolutions is a subsidiary of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (Saint-Gobain). Glassolutions Netherlands is a leading processor and supplier of advanced glass products for the construction industry. Products are among others double and triple insulated glass, LED mirrors and glass facades for office buildings. Glassolutions employs about 300 persons divided over 12 locations in the Netherlands and generates approximately €65 million in revenues.
