The shares in EuroBottle Design B.V. (Eurobottle) and Flestic B.V. have been acquired by means of a management buy-out. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Besides producing bottles, the company also produces other plastic packaging. The company is headquartered in Dronten, the Netherlands, and has subsidaries in the UK, Germany, and France.
