Genesee & Wyoming Incorporation (Genesee & Wyoming) has acquired the shares in Rotterdam Rail Feeding B.V. (Rail Feeding). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Parties
Rail Feeding is specialized in switching and feeder processes for the entire rail industry in the Netherlands and Belgium. In both countries, the company works on emplacements, freight stations and terminals. In those places, the loading and unloading of freight trains is supported and switching activities are performed. Rail Feeding is also allowed to work in Germany, where identical services are offered. The company has been officially recognized by the inspection from the Dutch Department of Transportation.
