Pon Holdings B.V. (Pon) has acquired the shares in B.V. Automobielbedrijf Sanato en Sanato Lease B.V. (Sanato). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Sanato was a car dealership located in Zeist, the Netherlands. The company had two locations and supplied Volkswagen and Audi cars. Moreover, the company provided car leasing services.

Pon is a large holding company, mainly active in the automotive sector but also in e.g. industrial pumps. Currently, the Muntstad subsidiary of Pon has integrated the activities of Sanato. Muntstad is a group of car dealers selling VAG cars. Muntstad was founded in 1993 and was a successor company of Auto Domstad in Utrecht, the Netherlands. In addition to selling new cars, Muntstad also sells used cars and provides maintenance and lease services.
