Anders Invest acquires stake in Lamboo Dried & Deco

Anders Invest has acquired an interest in the company Lamboo Dried & Deco. Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in realising this transaction.

Lamboo Dried & Deco has been producing dried flowers for more than 40 years in Lisse; the heart of Dutch flower and bulb production. The office, warehouse, paint workshop, drying cells, bouquet lines, and innovation department are all on the same premises. Lamboo Dried & Deco was founded in 1982 by Koos Lamboo and has thrived as a family business ever since. Throughout the decades, the company has developed into a prominent industry leader in the field of dried flowers and other decorative products. With this partnership, Lamboo hopes to further strengthen its unique position and shape its international growth ambitions.
