Acquisition of Veenstra en Stroeve by Antea, management and a co-investor

Transaction
Antea Participaties, the management and a co-investor have acquired 100% of the shares in Veenstra en Stroeve B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction. Sellers, Anton Veenstra and Marcel Stroeve, were also the directors of the company, which they founded in 2006. The management will be taken over by Jos van der Laan (managing director), Eelke Brink (operations director) and Ferdy Oostveen (technical director). Jos van der Laan (51 years old) previously worked at Albo Deuren where he was Managing Director for the last 7 years.
