Saint-Gobain Distribution the Netherlands B.V. (Saint-Gobain) has acquired the shares in Van Keulen Hout en Bouwmaterialen B.V. (Van Keulen). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Van Keulen has been headquartered in Amsterdam for over a century. What started as a trade in quartz sand has grown into a wood and construction supplies seller with over 50 employees. The acquisition by Saint-Gobain has provided more stability and possibilities to Van Keulen and its employees. The relocation of the company and the upgrades in it vehicle fleet are among the realized effects.
