RTL Patat BVBA has acquired the activities of Bres Potato B.V. (formerly known as Terrapoint B.V.). Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted Bres Potato B.V. in the sale of the activities.

Parties
RTL Patat BVBA is a family-owned company from Belgium and is active in the wholesale, sorting, storage, packaging and washing of potatoes. Bres Potato B.V. (formerly known as Terrapoint B.V.) operates from Breskens (the Netherlands) and is active in the wholesale, packaging, storage and washing of both potatoes and onions.

RTL Patat BVBA has, by means of this transaction, gained direct access to the Dutch market and has expanded its market area.
