Oral Care Nederland has acquired 100% of the shares in Tandartspraktijk Heerde and Tandtechnisch Lab Heerde. Rembrandt M&A advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Tandartspraktijk Heerde
Tandartspraktijk Heerde is a family dental practice located in the center of Heerde. In addition to general oral care, the practice also offers specialized treatments such as orthodontics and implantology. Tandtechnisch Lab Heerde is located within the premises of Tandartspraktijk Heerde and specializes in dental technology, including prosthetics and crown and bridge work.
