Acquisition of Peereboom Touringcars by Gebo Tours

Gebo Tours has acquired 100% of the shares in Peereboom Touringcars. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Peereboom Touringcars
Since its foundation, Peereboom has been involved in coach rentals in the broadest sense of the word: from bus transfers to fully arranged trips. The company takes care of these transfers and travels with various bus types from De Goorn (Noord-Holland). They serve various market segments such as schools, companies, associations and individuals and have 35 coaches. Due to the lack of business succession the sale of Peereboom Touringcars was realized.

Gebo Tours
Gebo Tours is a coach company based in Nieuwleusen and is specialized in bus rental, fully catered school trips, group day trips and day trips to cities, musicals, sports competitions and concerts. Gebo Tours has more than 70 coaches and additionally cooperates with Betuwe Express in Herveld, which operates 60 coaches. Through the acquisition of Peereboom Touringcars, Gebo Tours is able to reach their goal of national coverage.
