Essent Retail Services B.V. (Essent) has acquired 49% of the shares in Kemkens B.V. (Kemkens). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Kemkens is a supplier of boilers as part of a central heating system, and also offers maintenance in this context. The company has a long history: It was founded in 1857 as a blacksmith. Kemkens has 194.000 customers in the Brabant province and in the southern Gelderland region.
