Dekker Zevenhuizen B.V. (Dekker) has acquired the shares in Isoform Leek B.V. (Isoform). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial adivsor of the buyer.

Parties
Dekker Zevenhuizen is a family business founded more than 80 years ago. The company is specialized in producing custom countertops for kitchens and bathrooms. Over 30% of all kitchens sold in the Netherlands is equipped with a product made by Dekker. Moreover, the company provides furniture and window sills, and acts as a partner to (interior) designers for large projects.

Isoform Leek is a producer of countertops and wall panels. The company works with a number of base materials, including chipboard, MDF and multiplex. Because of the company’s efforts to become more sustainable, a large number of these base products are sourced with an FSC certification. On these bases, subsequently a top layer is applied to create the finished countertop. The company is headquartered in Leek, located in the north of the Netherlands.
