The shares in Goudse Machinefabriek B.V. (Royal GMF) have been acquired by Andritz AG. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
The family business Royal GMF-Gouda was founded in 1909 and has grown to become a leader in its segment. GMF produces and supplies machines and process solutions for the food (e.g. baby food), chemical, and waste management industry. The family business currently is servicing numberous well-known international clients.
