PepsiCo Strauss Fresh Dips & Spreads International GmbH acquired 100% of the shares in Florentin B.V. The team of Rembrandt Mergers and Acquisitions has successfully advised the seller during this transaction.

Involved parties
Florentin produces and supplies a variety of organic based Mediterranean spreads, snacks, salads and dippings including Falafel, Hummus, Baba Ganoush and several kinds of Tapenade. All products are manufactured according to traditional recipes and contain only fresh and organic ingredients.
