Consolidated Groep B.V. acquired the shares in Duwel B.V. and Eldon B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Parties
Duwel has a history dating back to around 1900 and has grown to become a specialized organization in the areas of construction materials, roofing projects and building facade systems.

Consolidated Groep is a specialist in renovating, managing and maintaining flat roofs. Roofs with solar panels and roofs made of sustainable materials are among the products offered. The company has been active since 1962.
