Acquisition of D. Tijsterman by Infinity Groep

Infinity Groep B.V. has acquired the shares in D. Tijsterman B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Tijsterman is a certified demolition company located in Amsterdam. Tijsterman is active in demolition and earthwork, but also asbestos removal is part of the activities. The distinguishing feature about the company is that over 95% of the debris from demolition works is recycled or reused.

The Infinity Group was founded by the merger of several asbestos removal companies. The group consists of Infinity Noord, located in the north of the Netherlands, and Infinity West, located in Amsterdam. The latter part completes over a thousand projects a year in which asbestos is removed from homes. Infinity operates in the following way: First the asbestos risks are investigated and reported, then the most suitable technique is used to remove the asbestos, and finally the removed asbestos is disposed of in an appropriate way.
