Bouwcenter Concordia has acquired Bouwcenter Eppinga. Thanks to this acquisition, Eppinga Hout en Bouwmaterialen has become part of Concordia Holding. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the buyer in this successful transaction..

𝗕𝗼𝘂𝘄𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮 is the supplier for wood and building materials in the Northern Netherlands with 13 branches. Concordia is a supplier for both professional processors and private individuals. The acquisition of Eppinga allows Concordia to further expand its service and geographical coverage in the Northern Netherlands. In 2023, the focus will be on merging the organizations to benefit from each other's strengths.
