Pleijsier en Pleijsier and Quadrum Capital have acquired a stake in Thuis in Bouwen Groep. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Thuis in Bouwen is a residential construction company mainly active in the Western part of The Netherlands. With four branches in Meerkerk, De Lier, Blaricum and Steenbergen, the company provides everything in the area of realizing your own house. Thuis in Bouwen focuses on medium- and large-scale housing projects as well as smaller-scale projects with a few dwellings.
