Indruk Grafimedia B.V. has acquired the shares of Drukkerij Twigt B.V. (Drukkerij Twigt) by means of a management buy-in. Rembrandt M&A acted as the financial advisor of the buyer.

Drukkerij Twigt is a graphic design company in Waddinxveen, Netherlands. The firm offers complete printing and graphic design solutions to its clients. Twigt Group comprises a number of graphic design and printing companies, and after the management buy-in the group has expanded significantly. Firms that have been added to the group after the buy-in are: Dorgelo Grafisch Facilitair, Drukkerij Macula, Drukkerij Jan van Gils, Drukkerij Van Amerongen, Drukkerij Grafeno and Veldwijk – van Loon Grafische Bedrijven.
