Gate Gourmet Switzerland GmbH acquired 75% of the shares in KLM Catering Services Schiphol. B.V from Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij N.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the KLM in realizing this transaction.
