Dura Vermeer strengthens its Technology Division with the acquisition of Kemp Installation B.V. and Kemp Service B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Kemp Installatie and Kemp Service
Kemp was founded in 1927 and has grown into a specialist in the field of indoor climate. The company focuses mainly on mechanical installations in offices, hotels, commercial buildings, schools, sports and care centres and apartments. With Kemp Service, the company has its own service and maintenance team for heat pumps, air conditioning systems, hot and cold water systems and air handling units, among other things.
