Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised VSL Holding B.V. in selling various business units. The business units Tessenderlo, Terneuzen and Nuth are sold to Katoen Natie. (www.katoennatie.com ).

Parties
Katoen Natie supplies logistics and semi-industrial services to various industries and port services for the shipping companies.

VSL Tessenderlo; specialized in storage and handling of phosphates and sulphates

VSL Nuth; transport and storage and transhipment operations of powders and petrochemicals.

VSL Terneuzen; a logistics service provider for the petrochemical industry. It was, under conditions, agreed to sell the company to Katoen Natie. The most important customer, Dow Chemicals, however, has exercised its contractual right to take over the purchase agreement.
