Eric Nooijen and his financial partner Stephan van Ooyen have acquired 100% of the shares in Osse Overslag Centrale from the Nooijen Groep through a Management Buy-Out. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Nooijen Group.

Nooijen Group
The Nooijen Groep is a Dutch family business from Oss, consisting of several companies such as Nooijen Terreininrichting and a joint-venture in Overslagbedrijf Moerdijk.

Osse Overslag Centrale
The Osse Overslag Centrale was established in 1979 as a transhipment company and operates from two terminals in the harbour of Oss: container terminal OOC South and bulk terminal OOC North.
