Sarlini Holding B.V. (part of Cape Investments B.V.) has acquired the shares in Sarlini Modeaccessoires B.V., Sarlini Pilotstores B.V., Sarlini BVBA, and Blinc Accessories Co. Ltd. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Sarlini is a fashion accessory brand, specialized in socks and leggings. The company mainly operated as a wholesaler, and was founded over thirty years ago by Gerard van den Brink. Currently, Sarlini is part of Dutch fashion company Angro.
