Kassing International Ticket & Travel Services B.V. (Kassing) has acquired the shares in Husi Reizen B.V. (Huski). Rembrandt M&A acted as the financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Huski organizes active group travel – in particular winter sports – for an affordable price. The company has been active since 1983, and mainly caters to students. What makes Huski’s proposition unique is that it offers integrated solutions that are tailored to each customer.
