Intergamma B.V. has acquired the assets and operations of two Gamma DIY stores and seven Karwei DIY stores from Rab Beheer B.V. The team at Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Parties
Rab Beheer is a Dutch family-owned company located on Texel. Besides several DIY stores, Rab Beheer also operates multiple wholesalers for building materials.
