Schuitema Filialen B.V. (Schuitema) has acquired the shares in C1000 Versmarkt Voordeelmarkt Albert Egberts B.V. (C1000 Egberts). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Parties
Schuitema Filialen B.V. is a subsidiary of super market chain C1000. The subsidiary has since changed its name C1000 Filialen B.V. C1000 was founded in 1977, and with over 250 branches is one of the largest supermarket chains in the Netherlands.

C1000 Egberts is a franchise store under the C1000 concept. The supermarket is located in Millingen, the Netherlands. Because of the takeover, the shop will be enabled to expand its size.
