Divestment of Amstelfarma B.V. to Bogers Management B.V.

Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted the shareholders of Amsterfarma B.V. and Waterland Laboratories B.V. in the sale of 100% of their shares to Jean-Pierre Bogers, a management buy-in candidate.

Amsterfarma is active in the wholesale and export of pharmaceutical products. They hold stock of the pharmaceutical products and also warrant the quality of the products. The company exports the medicines globally, for example to parties like Doctors Without Borders. Amstelfarma has a main office in Heemstede (the Netherlands) and a location in Lelystad (the Netherlands) for supply and distribution.
