ECF Group B.V. (ECF) acquired the shares in Tandheelkunde Centrum Tilburg B.V. (TCC). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Tandheelkunde Centrum Tilburg – currently named ‘Samenwerkende Tandartsen’ – is a cooperation of 33 dental practices spread throughout the Netherlands.

ECF is a private equity company based in Eindhoven. The company had three main divisions: MediaMotion which mainly produces DVDs, VesproMotion which – among other things – delivers back office services for marketing campaigns, and Printin’Motion, which is specialized in printing.
