Auto Moerman 4WD B.V. (Moerman) has acquired the shares in G.A. Jansen Auto B.V. (Jansen). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Jansen was a car dealer located in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands, specialized in the sale of Mazda cars. The company was founded in 1971, and was active from the start in respresenting the then up and coming Mazda brand. Jansen was a high performer in the field of customer service, and won several prizes for this.
Auto Moerman was a Ssangyong dealership. Both companies proceeded under the name Moerman Jansen. The company currently sells both Mazda and Ssangyong cars. This proves a golden combination: Mazda’s range is mainly comprised of passenger cars, while Ssangyong supplies mostly SUVs. The company is housed in the building first occupied by Jansen.
