Acquisition of Worldpack Trading B.V.

Worldpack Trading B.V. acquired the shares in Conpax Belfort B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor buyer.

Parties
Conpax Belfort was founded in 2002 as a result of the merger between Theo van Catz Agenturen B.V., then located in Gouda, and R.D. de Jong Papier B.V. from Heerenveen, where the merged entity was located. Both companies were active in the market for promotional bags and point of sale articles, and both companies have existed for decades. At the time of the merger, the company had approximately 15 employees.

Worldpack is one of the market leaders in the Benelux in the production of carrier bags. Worldpack is unique because of its wide product range. The company’s products range from carrier bags to online packaging to luxury gift packaging.
