Vlaar Holding B.V. acquired the shares in Keieren Speciaal Enveloppen B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Parties
Keiren Speciaal Enveloppen has been a specialized producer of envelopes since the 1960s. Keiren produces envelopes out of special paper, in special shapes/sizes, and with special prints. Since 2008, the envelopes produced by Keiren have been FSC certified.

Vlaar is an envelope producer, with two locations in the north of the Netherlands. The company was founded in 1926 in Zaandam as a paper wholesale. After a takeover within the family, the business started producing envelopes in the 1960s.
