Infra Group (Van Baarsen) acquired 100% of the shares in Swart Installatietechniek. Rembrandt M&A advised the seller in completing this transaction.

Infra Group (Van Baarsen)
Infra Group is a specialist in underground and above-ground infrastructure works. Within the group, Van Baarsen is a leading player with more than 300 experienced professionals who support grid operators, municipalities and businesses on a daily basis in the installation, assembly and replacement of cables and pipelines. Van Baarsen is the main contractor within the BAS200+ partnership, where Swart Installatietechniek acts as subcontractor responsible for electricity and gas connections for Liander. In the new structure, both companies will continue their close cooperation.
