Marflex B.V. (Marflex) has acquired the shares in Snijders Elektrotechniek B.V. (Snijders). Rembrandt M&A has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

MarFlex is specialised in engineering, producing, selling and servicing electric driven Deepwell pumping systems and hydraulic driven portable pumps. These pumping systems are mainly used by the maritime and offshore industries. MarFlex has installed more than 12.000 Deepwell pump units onboard of ships and is World market leader. With offices in Oud-Beijerland, Moscow, Singapore, GuangZhou, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro MarFlex can offer its products globally.
