Confed Systems B.V. has acquired 65% of the shares in SenZo Wiring Solutions B.V. (SenZo). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Parties
Confed Systems is specialized in the production of circuit boards. The company was founded in 2005, and is located in Nijkerk, the Netherlands. Further, the company has a proto shop in another location in the Netherlands, and has a cable production facility in Slovakia. The company does everything from design to production to repair and service.
