transaction supports KRANENDONK’s long-term international growth strategy and strengthens
its position in industrial automation. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in
realizing this transaction.
Kranendonk
KRANENDONK designs and delivers robotic production systems for complex, non-repetitive
manufacturing environments. The company enables high-productivity automation in industries
where large, heavy and highly variable workpieces are common, such as shipbuilding, offshore
construction and steel fabrication.
A key differentiator is KRANENDONK’s proprietary RinasWeld software, which automatically
generates robotic cutting and welding programs directly from 3D CAD models. This allows
customers to efficiently automate processes that traditionally require extensive manual
programming and preparation.
As a system integrator, KRANENDONK delivers scalable robotic production solutions, ranging
from stand-alone systems to integrated production environments, combining software, robotics,
production equipment and process know-how.
