Managing director Hans Blaak acquired together with ORAXYS, as lead investor, and SWEN Capital Partners the shares in VAM WaterTech. Rembrandt M&A assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

VAM WaterTech
VAM WaterTech specializes in the design, development, manufacturing, and maintenance of modular water purification systems tailored to the unique needs of clients in the agri-food sector. The water purification systems are customized to the specific needs of worldwide clients such as agri-food industrial processors, packers and retailers. The systems enable operations of closed-cycle processes to reduce by up to 95% the use of clean water, thereby offering effective solutions to address the growing challenge of water scarcity. The investment from ORAXYS and SWEN Capital Partners aims to accelerate VAM WaterTech's growth across Europe, North America, and Asia, while also supporting the development of innovative solutions for a wider range of vegetable crops.
