The management has acquired the shares in Dijkman Elektrotechniek B.V. (Dijkman) and DNL Kunststoffen B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the company.

Dijkman
Dijkman is a supplier of electrotechnical components. The company is particularly known for its distance keepers, which are produced by DNL Kunststoffen. Currently, Dijkman also supplies a large variety of other products, including components for the building services engineering sector, the maritime and industrial electronic engineering sector, and since recently for the solar and wind energy sector.
