Between 2023 and 2025, H2 Equity Partners (H2) invested in twelve homeowners’ association (HOA) management firms, which together form the Urban Care Group. Collectively, they manage over 5,500 homeowners’ associations, making Urban Care Group the market leader in HOA management in the Netherlands.
