The founders of BeWasol B.V. have sold 100% of the shares to Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies Netherlands B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions have advised the shareholders, Jos Croonen and Paul Tibosch, with realizing this strategic sale.

BeWasol B.V.
BeWasol provides chemical water treatment solutions of cooling- and processwater for industrial companies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. BeWasol was founded in 2003.
