Holding “De Nieuwe Schans Lent” B.V. (De Nieuwe Schans) has acquired the shares in Machinefabriek en Jachtwerf Barten B.V. (Barten) – part of Sidcon B.V. Rembrandt M&A has acted as the financial advisor of the seller.

Barten
Machinefabriek Barten was founded 50 years ago as a service provider in the metalworking industry. The firm has around 25 employees, and is headquartered in Wijchen, the Netherlands. Barten performs both machining and construction works. The company was part of Sidcon, an environmental technology firm that mainly produces underground containers.
