Acquisition of STORR by Sdiptech AB

The Swedish listed buy-and-hold group has acquired 100% of the shares in STORR. Rembrandt M&A advised STORR on the realisation of this transaction.

STORR manufactures high-quality partition walls for refrigerated trailers, enabling the simultaneous transport of frozen and ambient goods. The energy savings alone generate an ROI of more than 250 per cent, and that's without even accounting for the contribution to more efficient transport (fuller trailers). It also helps transport companies achieve their sustainability goals. Almost all major Dutch supermarkets, therefore, require their transporters to use STORR partitions.
