Holland Venture B.V. (Holland Venture) has acquired the shares in SEHV B.V. (SEHV). Rembrandt M&A has acted as the financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
SEHV is a staffing agency specialized in emergency healthcare. The company employs both doctors and nurses, and it has almost all hospitals with an emergency department in the Netherlands as a customer. Post-merger, SEHV will be combined with AmbuCare, which is part of HighCare.
