Porsche Centrum Gelderland owner Auto Wegh Holding B.V. acquired 25% of the shares in lease company Way2Drive B.V. from M.A.D. Holding B.V.

Auto Wegh Holding B.V., the parent company of Porsche Centrum Gelderland, acquired 25% of the shares in Way2Drive B.V. from M.A.D. Holding B.V. Auto Wegh Holding B.V. now holds 100% of the shares in Way2Drive B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Way2Drive
Way2Drive B.V. is an automotive lease company with a fleet of approximately 1,200 vehicles. Way2Drive offers various service packages, including Business Lease and Classic Lease. The customer base consists of more than 200 companies, with rental contracts ranging from 1 to 250 cars.
