Buy-out between the shareholders of RL Networks

Transaction
The 50%-shareholder of RL Networks B.V. and Global IT Trade Group B.V. and a new manager together acquired the shares of the other shareholder. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the buying shareholder in realizing and financing this transaction.
